In confirmation of the interest that Amla Exchange Company attaches to protecting customer rights, ensuring that they receive the service and product within an integrated framework of transparency and disclosure, and enabling them to make their decisions on sound foundations, we provide you with the following customer rights and responsibilities that they must be aware of during the currency exchange process.
First: Customer Rights:
1- To receive fair and just treatment from all company employees.
2- To obtain clear, accurate, transparent and non-misleading information about all services and products with high professionalism and in accordance with the company’s product and service.
3- The company must maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the customer’s financial and personal information and not disclose it to anyone other than those legally representing them, without prejudice to the laws and instructions issued by the Saudi Central Bank.
4- The customer has the right to view all financial transactions and obtain a copy of it at any later time after coordination with the Compliance Department.
5- To be aware of the method of canceling the service or product and the time required for that.
6- To seek advice and counsel from the company’s specialized employees in the event that he faces any difficulties that hinder him from the service or product provided to him.
7- To be aware of how to handle the complaint.
Second: Customer Duties:
1- To read the invoice data and verify the product or service provided to him
2- To read the disclosure form and verify all the information he provided before signing On it.
3- To update his personal data with the company whenever he is asked to do so or whenever there is a change in it.
4- The necessity of providing accurate and clear information to the company that allows the provision of the appropriate product or service.
5- The necessity of notifying the company immediately and without delay upon realizing any product that is missing or increased in quantity or a difference in price so that this can be addressed as quickly as possible.
